Candle FAQs

Do you provide Refunds?
We do not provide refunds on any items shipped.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only possible if the item is unused and the customer pays for the item to be shipped back via USPS.

What are the candles made out of?
All of our candles are made with 100% Soy Wax. Our wicks are soy wax dipped woven cotton without lead or zinc. Our vessels are amber glass and free from chemicals and BPAs. They are lead free, phthalate free, paraffin free, and dye free.

All of our fragrances are ordered from Candle Science and are phthalate free, and dye free.

What Shipping do you offer?
We offer shipping through Pirate Ship and USPS. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days and up to 7 depending on your location.
